JustFund does not provide funding to clients of all firms and, in providing funding to clients of a firm, JustFund will consider the experience, expertise, resources and values of the law firm.

    We are excited to help your firm and your clients. Before we can provide funding to a client, we need to ask a few questions about your firm in order to assess your firm’s eligibility for accreditation.

    This form will take up to 10 minutes to complete. Please note that you will need to provide your firm’s professional indemnity insurance certificate on completing this accreditation form.

    JustFund will generally pay your firm’s invoices on funded matters within 24 hours of client approval. To facilitate payment as quickly as possible, please confirm your firm’s account details and the best contact regarding accounting matters. We will call to confirm these details over the phone before making our first payment.

    A really important part of the funding arrangement is that the settlement proceeds on funded matters are paid to your law firm’s trust account and JustFund is then repaid from there before the balance is paid to the client.
